Solution A: mobile nebulizer fan rental system
FORCED RECIRCULATION
For an immediate result and without invasive operations, we therefore recommend the installation of an air extractor CANALOUT (1) in combination with an adiabatic fan MOBIFAN(2).
The CANALOUT air extractor (1) is positioned outside the room and extracts warm air via a duct (3) placed in the upper part of the room (without removing windows), while the MOBIFAN system (2) injects fresh atomised air via a fan and an adiabatic pump, air recycling is then guaranteed by leaving the entrance door open, for example.
NATURAL RECIRCULATION
If there are no windows in the upper part of the building, the only solution is to open the doors to the outside of the hall to ensure the necessary air circulation.
The MOBIFAN system (1) injects atomised fresh air via a fan and an adiabatic pump placed near a door left open.
VENTILATION ONLY
Ventilation alone is achieved via the MOBIFAN fan (1), which can also be used without an adiabatic pump in ‘ventilation only’ mode. Even as a simple fan you will enjoy a certain benefit.
Solution B: fixed nebulizer fan rental system
FORCED RECIRCULATION
A professional result similar to a fixed system is achieved through the installation of an air extractor BOXOUT (1) in combination with an adiabatic fan BOXFAN (2).
The BOXOUT air extractor (1) is usually positioned in front of an open window and extracts the hot air generated by the industrial machinery inside the room, while the BOXFAN system (2) injects fresh atomised air via a fan fixed to the ceiling and an adiabatic pump; air recycling is ensured by leaving the entrance door open, for example.

DUST AND ODOR SUPPRESSION through nebulizer fans rental
Adiabatic systems, of adequate power and correctly dimensioned, clean the air of dust, which is dragged to the ground by atomised water particles.
This reduces and controls dust in working situations such as: stone/marble/timber processing, quarries, loading/unloading sites, building abatement. The same is true for odour control in ecological areas and for the treatment of sewage tanks/industrial waste/other where the action of the adiabatic process can be supplemented by the addition of pre-mixed chemical abatement agents.
LARGE OPEN SPACES
On the occasion of the EXPO world event, held in Milan in 2015, several guest nations and companies asked us to cool the pavilions.
On the ground floor of the Russia pavilion, we installed four high-performance, heat pump, split-column air-conditioners, positioned in a line on one side, equally spaced.
The piping was then covered to match the general décor, the outdoor units enclosed in a specially constructed enclosure painted in mimetic colours. On the upper floor of the same stand, in the garden terrace, nebulising cooling units were placed, controlled by an adiabatic pump at 70 bar.
In the Swatch, Paraguay, Uruguay, McDonald’s, Beretta Salumi and Argentina pavilions, free standing fans RollyPack were installed to cool the visitors. In the Estonia pavilion, which was too cold in the evening hours, six electric ceiling heaters of 3 kw each were installed.
